STV technology involves dry gluing the glass to the sash rebate using a special tape. Which is of great importance here, because this tape stabilizes the window structure throughout the entire perimeter. And this makes the windows more stable. Thanks to this, you can have windows in your home with incredible statics and durability, even in very large dimensions.
Breakthrough technology! Using this method, the statics of the glass glazing unit are transferred to the sash and thus the entire system becomes more stable, thanks to this we eliminate the effect of falling sashes and window adjustment becomes unnecessary for many years. The technologies used in Eternalline STV windows are distinguished not only by excellent glazing, but also by the possibility of using an extremely durable acrylcolor coating, which is characterized by strength and durability, and removing scratches is child’s play. All this thanks to the melting of a base of white PVC and colored acrylic glass (PMMA), a material that is the most durable plastic.
In order to meet our customers’ expectations, we used composite reinforcements in Eternalline STV windows, which not only have 125 times lower thermal conductivity than steel reinforcements, but also ensure full soundproofing and are environmentally friendly. The composite filling is a hybrid of various elements: hard PVC and foamed PVC reinforced with steel wire – together creating the most durable and energy-efficient profile filling available on the market. All technologies used in production allowed us to create windows for the most demanding users – Eternalline STV.
